The Witches’ Road

Join us for our Witches’ Walk this Saturday, October 5th. We have a starting point and an end point, but it’s all about the journey. So we’ve come up with two roads you could use. On these roads, there will be magical sights to be seen. Conjure your road and have fun with your sister witches and wizards.

Witches’ Road 1

Witches’ Road 1 directions:

  • Begin with your sister witches in Skeleton Park/McBurney Park, north side by the obelisk monument.
  • Head down to the giant hag stone. What is a hag stone? A big stone with a hole in it. You can find it at 221 Queen St.
  • Head down to the tunnel of light and sing the Witches’ Road. This is the hidden back alley gem and part of the Rocheleau Court. Just off Brock Street (67 Brock).
  • There be gargoyles! Find the mystical creature made by by Barry Blonden on the doorway. 312 King St East.
  • End your journey meeting your fellow sisters at Market Square. We’ll be joined by the Cauldron Sisters and a few closing words.

  • It’s time to run amok! Head down to Sydenham Street where there are play sets and colourful chairs. Give the locals a little cackle while you are there.
  • Head down to Rocheleau Court. This is the hidden back alley gem where you can find Chez Piggy and the Toucan. Explore the shadows and rub a good luck stone.
