The magic is growing—and we need a few more witches to help make it happen! 🧙♀️✨
The Kingston Witches Walk Weekend returns Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th, 2026, bringing together witches, sorcerers, magical beings, makers, artists, curious souls, and community members for a weekend of celebration, connection, and a little bit of magic.
Events like this don’t happen without volunteers. Behind every smooth-running Walk and bustling Witch Market is a coven of wonderful people willing to lend a hand, answer a question, point someone in the right direction, or simply help keep the magic flowing.
We’re looking for volunteers for both the Witches Walk and the Witch Market!
Whether you’re happiest helping behind the scenes or love being right in the middle of the action, there’s a place for you.

A Note About Accessibility & Surfaces
We want to be upfront about the environments our volunteers could be working in.
The Witch Market will include booths located in the parking lot, which can have uneven or unlevel surfaces (partially gravelled).
The Witches Walk takes place outdoors, and portions of the route and grounds may also include uneven, unlevel, or natural surfaces.
Please consider this when choosing a volunteer role and make sure you are comfortable and able to safely navigate the environment associated with your chosen position.
If you have accessibility questions or concerns about a volunteer role, please let us know. We’re happy to discuss what we can do to help.
Why Volunteer?
Because you’re not just helping run an event—you’re helping create a community experience.
You’ll meet fellow likeminded spirits, support local artists and small businesses, help welcome newcomers, and become part of the team behind one of Kingston’s most magical weekends.
Every direction you give, table you help set up, question you answer, and friendly smile you offer helps make the Kingston Witches Walk what it is.
The magic doesn’t happen by itself. It happens because we make it together.
Ready to join the coven?
Whether you can spare a few hours on October 9th, October 10th, or both—we’d love to have you with us.
Come lend your hands, your energy, and your magic to the Kingston Witches Walk Weekend! 🕯️🔮✨
